Add the liquid (milk) to your blender first.
This prevents everything else from getting stuck.
Scoop in the avocado flesh, followed by the cocoa powder and your chosen sweetener.
Break the frozen banana into chunks and add it to the mix. Toss in the protein powder and pinch of salt.
Blend on high until the mixture is completely smooth and has a thick, milkshake-like consistency. If it’s too thick, add a splash more milk.
Too thin? Add another ice cube or two.
Pour into a glass and consume immediately for the best texture and experience.
