Ingredients

  • Chicken breasts – Boneless skinless, and ready to shine.
  • Cream cheese – Full-fat please. This sauce needs commitment.
  • Garlic freshly minced – Don’t even think about skipping it.
  • Heavy cream or milk – Heavy cream = richer sauce IMO worth it.
  • Butter or olive oil – Flavor starter pack.
  • Italian seasoning – One spice blend zero effort.
  • Paprika – Adds warmth and color.
  • Salt & black pepper – Season like you mean it.
  • Parmesan cheese optional – Extra savory goodness if you’re feeling it.
  • Fresh parsley – For garnish and fake professionalism.

  • Make the sauce.
  • In a pan over medium heat, melt butter and sauté garlic for about 30 seconds. Add cream cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
  • Cream it up.
  • Pour in the cream (or milk) and stir until silky. If using Parmesan, add it now and let it melt into the sauce like a dream.
  • Pour and bake.
  • Pour the garlic cream cheese sauce over the chicken. Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes, until chicken is cooked through and the sauce is bubbly.
  • Rest and serve.
  • Let it rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with parsley and try not to lick the pa
