Ingredients
Frozen meatballs – Beef
pork, turkey… all welcome here.
Barbecue sauce – Sweet
smoky, or spicy—choose your personality.
Grape jelly – Yes
really. Don’t question it.
Chili sauce – Adds tang and balances the sweetness.
Garlic powder – Because garlic belongs everywhere.
Black pepper – Just enough to keep things interesting.
Optional red pepper flakes – For guests who like a little drama.
Instructions
Add meatballs to the slow cooker.
Dump them straight in, frozen and fearless. No prep needed.
Pour in the sauces.
Add barbecue sauce, grape jelly, and chili sauce right on top. Resist the urge to stir aggressively.
Season lightly.
Sprinkle in garlic powder, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if using. This is subtle but important.
Stir gently.
Just enough to coat everything. We’re mixing, not training for arm day.
Cook and relax.
Cover and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours. Go live your life.
Serve warm.
Switch to “WARM” and stick in some toothpicks. Watch them vanish.
