Add the liquid ingredients (milk and orange juice) to the blender first. This helps the blades move freely and prevents everything from getting stuck.
Next, add the Greek yogurt, followed by the frozen strawberries and the banana (break it into chunks).
If you’re using that optional honey, add it now.
Secure the lid on tightly. IMO, this is the most critical step unless you want abstract art on your kitchen walls.
Blend on high for 45-60 seconds, or until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy. If it’s too thick, add a little more milk.
Too thin? Toss in a few more frozen berries.
Pour immediately into a glass and enjoy. Congratulations, you’re a smoothie pro.
